For the launch of the ION Seek Select wetsuit, the goal was to create a visually striking film that communicates the performance of the new graphene-based inner lining.

The innovative material combines two properties that are usually difficult to balance in wetsuits: maximum warmth and high flexibility. Our task was to translate these technical features into an engaging visual story that would resonate with the brand’s surf and watersports audience.

Working directly with the client’s marketing team, we developed the concept and visual approach from the ground up. The challenge was to create a high-quality film with a very lean setup and a limited budget while still delivering premium visual impact.

A small core team handled the entire production, including creative direction, 3D design, motion graphics, compositing and sound design. Using cinematic CGI and abstract material simulations, we explored the structure and performance of graphene from a new visual perspective.

As Senior Post Producer, I was responsible for overseeing the production pipeline, managing budget and schedule, and guiding the creative development together with the internal creative team and the client.

Despite the tight timeline and limited resources, the project successfully delivered a strong visual campaign film. In addition to the main film, several still assets were generated from the production for use across product marketing and digital channels.
