Personal Statement

Producing is about clarity, not noise.®

I grew up surrounded by film, music and art. Before advertising, before post-production, there was curiosity.


I studied film theory, worked as a cultural journalist, received a scholarship in Copenhagen and later trained formally in film production.


My creative judgment isn’t accidental — it’s built on years of watching, analysing and producing stories across documentary, cinema, TV and commercial environments.


Over time, I realised I wasn’t meant to be the director in the spotlight.

I’m the one who holds the system together.


I’m drawn to complexity.

To translating ambition into structure.

To making ideas deliverable.


Producing, for me, is not administration.

It’s orchestration.

Creative Judgment

Strong editorial instinct shaped by years of collaboration with directors, creatives and post teams. I understand narrative structure, pacing, visual language and creative intention — not just budgets and timelines. It allows me to speak both creative and production language fluently.

Production Leadership

I take responsibility early. From feasibility assessments to final delivery, I like being involved when decisions are still fluid — not when problems are already visible. That’s where production can still shape outcomes.

AI & Hybrid Workflows

AI doesn’t replace production — it reshapes it. With 15+ years in post-production, I see generative tools not as shortcuts, but as an evolution of image-making. I integrate them where they make sense — strategically, not impulsively.

Outside of Work

Rhythm matters to me. I play drums in a band, practice Goju-Ryu karate and spend as much time as possible with my family. Discipline, timing and awareness influence how I approach production — with focus, calm and momentum.

After years inside structured studio environments, I chose independence to build more agile, transparent and future-oriented production models — collaborating with emerging AI studios, independent post houses and flexible creative partners.

Building an independent, AI-native production model beyond traditional network limitations. Collaborating with studios, agencies and brands across advertising and post-production. Focus: delivery reliability, cross-team orchestration and hybrid AI-enabled workflows.

Publicis Production

Director Post Production

2023 – 2026

Built and led the in-house post-production structure in Germany, integrating internal teams with external specialist studios across Europe. Advised agency creatives on feasibility, budgets and technical execution from early project stages. Led post-production across agency brands including Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Digitas.

Helped shape and structure production processes within a fast-growing creative studio environment. Oversaw concept-driven campaigns from development to final delivery, supporting pitch processes and creative experimentation. Thrived in a hands-on setup where speed and quality had to coexist.

This is where I developed into a senior post producer. Managed high-end automotive films, worked on complex post-production projects across film, CGI and animation for national and international brands across product, retail, beauty and digital-first campaigns.
